Our Pledge to Our Porters

The porters who carry your gear and set up your camps are the reason your trek is possible. Without the skilled Balti and Wakhi porter teams of northern Pakistan, there would be no K2 Base Camp trek, no Gondogoro La crossing, no Snow Lake traverse.

We pay our porters fairly, equip them properly, feed them well, insure them fully, and treat them with the respect their extraordinary skill and strength deserves. This is not marketing — it is our minimum standard of decent operations.

If you ever see our standards violated on a Wonderland Treks expedition, report it directly to Ejaz: +92 344 378 8887.
