Region
Hunza Valley has been celebrated for centuries as a place of extraordinary health and longevity. The Hunzakuts — with their traditional diet of apricots, walnuts, mulberries, and glacial water — have historically lived to 90–100+ years with remarkable health and vitality. Whether the legends are true or not, there is something undeniable about the air, the food, the pace of life, and the silence of Hunza. This wellness retreat taps into all of it: morning yoga sessions at viewpoints above the valley, guided meditation at Baltit Fort, mountain walking through apricot orchards, a traditional Hunzakut diet programme including the celebrated apricot oil and dried fruit, and deep rest in an environment of extraordinary natural beauty. No city noise, no deadlines, no screens unless you choose them. Just mountains, silence, movement, and the most nourishing food in the Karakoram.

The traditional Hunzakut diet — dried apricots, apricot oil, walnuts, mulberries, buckwheat, and glacial mineral water — has been studied by nutritionists for its high antioxidant and mineral content. We incorporate these foods into every meal throughout the retreat.
