On a clear night above 4,000m in Pakistan's clean mountain air, the Milky Way is not just visible — it is overwhelming. The band stretches horizon to horizon, star clusters are visible to the naked eye, and the Andromeda Galaxy appears without binoculars. This astronomy camp combines a high-quality 12-inch Dobsonian telescope with laser pointer constellation tours, astrophotography sessions with long-exposure guidance, and the unique added dimension of Deosai's extraordinary daytime ecology: Himalayan Brown Bears roaming the wildflower plateau, golden marmots at every turn, and Sheosar Lake reflecting the stars above.
